To add images firstly you need to ensure they’re the correct size for the website. You can download Paint.Net which is a free, simple and handy program that will allow you to do this.

Images for the Master E Panel Photo Gallery need to be 400 x 400 pixels (width most importantly and the height will be adjusted to fit so it’s in proportion). To stop stretching (which will happen because it’s not 400 x 400) the Canvas will need to be increased to 400 x 400. This will increase the area around the image and stop stretching. To resize images in this program follow these instructions:
| 1. Click on File > Open and find the image you want to resize |
2. Click Image > Resize. The menu below will pop up, and in the Width box put in 400. The height will readjust itself and then click OK.
3. Go to File – Save As and select the location you want to save your new image. Once that’s done the following will appear. Reduce the Quality setting in order to reduce the file size. You will see the file size change as you reduce the Quality.
4. Your image is now the correct size for the MasterEpanel. You will just need to save the new image. If you have any further problems please let me know.
To add images into the pages of your website you need to log into the MasterEpanel and go to Website CMS and select the page that you want to add the images to, e.g. Home.

3. The following box will appear and this is where all your images are stored. To upload your new images into here click on the Browse button, locate your image on your computer and then upload it into the Image Server.
4. Once the image is uploaded into the image server it will appear in the list. To add it to your website select it from the list. It will then appear in the Image Properties Box. You can change the width and height here if it is too big. If it is the correct image then click OK and it will appear in your selected web page. Change the Align settings if you want the image to sit within your text.
