| How do I remove modules I don’t need? |
Go to Configuration>Module Setup.
Modules cannot be deleted but you can make the ones you don’t need inactive. Just click
on the green icon to turn it to red, and vice-versa.

| How do I change the order of the modules down the page and
which side of my website it appears? |
Go to Configuration>Module Setup.
Click the up and down arrows to adjust the order of the module boxes. To change which
side the module box appears, click the Modify button. |

| Can I change the colours and fonts used for the modules? |
Go to Configuration>Module Setup.
Click on the CSS word next to the module box. This will give you ability to customise the
look of the module box. |

| What is the difference between Local and Global CSS settings? |
Local CSS are the settings you put in for just that individual module box. Selecting Global
CSS settings will apply the colour, font style, font size attributes chosen on the Website
Setup page under the heading “Manage Global CSS”.
If you wish to have all the module boxes looking the same, then just choose the Global
CSS option to save you changing each individual module box CSS. |

| Can I change how many items are shown in the Latest News,
Testimonials, Photo Gallery, Video and Products module boxes? |
Yes you can specify the number items shown in the module boxes by going to Configuration>Home Page Configuration.
Click on Modify to increase the number shown for that module. Or you can Add a
module that isn’t present in the list. |

| Go to Website CMS and select ‘Contact Us Module’ from the drop down box. |

| Where are my Products? |
First you will need to make sure that your website has the products section activated. To
check, go to Configuration>Website Setup and see that either Products or Both is
selected for Business Type.
Once active, then click on Products in the left hand menu to begin adding your product
categories and products.

| I don’t want people to purchase online; can they just email me
instead? |
Yes, you can turn the shopping cart facility off and instead have an enquire button or no
contact option. Go to Configuration>Website Setup and change the option under the
heading “Website Features”.
Remember to press the Update button after making any changes. |

Go to Configuration>Website Setup and change the option under the heading
“Website Features”.

| My product and category pictures look fuzzy and distorted |
Please note the recommended size for category and product pictures. If they are not
100x100 pixels (for category pictures) or 400x400 pixels (for product pictures) they will
be stretch or shrunk to fit that dimension.

will let you do this. Go here: http://www.getpaint.net/download.html.
Note: To keep page loading time to a minium, keep image file sizes to 100-150KB in file

| The products menu link in the MasterEpanel menu has disappeared |
| The link is still there, you have just renamed the Products page to something else. That
new name will replace ‘Products’ in the left hand menu. |
