| How do I make my website live? |
| When you are ready for your website to go live and viewable to the public, send us an

| How do I setup emails for my website? |
You can have up to 10 free emails for your domain. It is advisable to use a domain email
address as it looks more professional. You can have anything@yourdomain.com.au.

| Can I change something in the banner? |
To change anything in the banner requires knowledge in Flash programming. If you
possess this knowledge then you are free to make changes yourself, or even input your
own flash banner. However depending on the changes to the original banner, we will
need to assess the work involved and give you a quotation.

| Does Web4site offer a content entering service? |
We recommend that you enter the content into your website yourself, as that is main
purpose of editable websites. They give you the ability to do this without relying on or
paying a web company to do it for you.
If you are having trouble than you should be able to find answers to many questions
within this help section. Furthermore there is telephone support on 1300 657 362 if
you’re still having trouble.
However if you would still prefer to have us enter and style the content for you, this
service is charged at $55/hour. Please note that this does not include writing the website
content, and you must have the content already written with a preliminary plan for which
pages it will go on. |

| I can’t find my website on Google? |
If you have recently gone live do not expect to find yourself on Google or other search
engines right away. It can take a couple of weeks to a month for search engines to
stumble across your website; however you can bring your website to the attention of
Google by manually submitting it here: www.google.com.au/addurl.
To get your website appearing immediately on the first few pages of Google for keyword
searches other than your company name, you may want to consider going on the
sponsored links section.
